Acupuncture
Originating from China,
acupuncture involves inserting fine needles into various points
on the body to stimulate nerve impulses. Traditional Chinese
acupuncture is based on the idea of vital energy, called Chi,
that is said to travel through the body along meridians or
channels which are affected by the acupuncture points.
Acupuncture provides a successful therapy for a wide variety
of medical problems and illnesses, with no harmful side effects.
Beneficial for all health conditions, it has also proved very
successful in curing addictions such as alcohol, drugs, smoking
and weight problems.
Acupuncture is available in Jan de Vries clinics in Dublin,
Edinburgh, Glasgow, London and Troon.
