FOOT PROBLEMS This exercise has to be done each morning on arising
and each night on retiring. At the side of the bed place a basin of
cold water with a towel at the side. On arising in the morning, place
both feet into the water. Counting to 10 remove both feet onto the towel
as if trying to pick up a marble. Do this 10-30 times. On retiring carry
out the same procedure as you did in the morning. You will find your
feet will be as warm as toast when you go to bed. The importance of
this exercise is that it should be done for a minimum of 60 days, if
you want to feel the benefit. The above exercise may look simple, but
