LIVER DIET

Only take vegetables, especially raw. Salads mixed with Molkosan. Buttermilk, yoghurt (low fat), toasted wholemeal bread, potatoes, Ryvita, sunflower or olive oil, honey. Herb tea, apple juice, blackcurrant juice. Natural brown rice, grapefruit, grapes and berries.

Absolutely no coffee, tea, white sugar, white flour, vinegar, tinned products, other fruit, meat, fish, butter, fries, spices, cucumber, cabbage, cauliflower or spinach. No sweets or chocolates.

Daily two plates of carrots. Walk one to one and a half hours. One day in the week a fasting day. During that day live on apple juice, chamomile tea and some carrot juice. Twice each day, spend 15 minutes on breathing exercises.

To use whole brown rice: Put rice in casserole or pyrex dish. Pour over it boiling milk or water and have oven ready on hot temperature. Cook it only for 10-15 minutes and switch off oven. Keep rice in oven for 5 to 6 hours. Cut up some vegetables such as parsley, chicory, celery and cress and mix this through the rice with a little garlic salt. Heat it up and the rice will be ready to use
