LOW BLOOD PRESSURE

General condition information:

It is often difficult to find the cause of low blood pressure. However it may be the result of tiredness, an iron deficiency or even the result of an insufficiency of the gonads. In a woman the ovaries do not function correctly and in a man the male sex glands may be out of balance.

A downward fluctuation of the blood pressure indicates a lack of vitality resulting in lethargy, loss of strength, as well as a lack of creativity in physical, mental and artistic pursuits. Sufferers are likely to be subject to dizziness and fainting at high altitudes and every little exertion may upset the blood circulation or the normal heart activity.

Dietary advice

A glass of unadulterated, red wine now and again can be of benefit. Raw carrot juice will also be of benefit, as will beetroot juice. Dizziness at high altitudes can be alleviated by a strong cup of coffee. Oysters are excellent for regulating the blood pressure, especially if there is an insufficiency of the sex glands.

Remedies

Please remember that if you are taking any prescribed medication or have a medical problem, you should consult your own medical practitioner before starting any new course of treatment.
