LYMPHATIC CONGESTION

General condition information:

The lymphatic vessels are longer than those of the red blood corpuscles and the lymphatic veins are much finer than those of the red bloodstream. These are distributed through the body and the red blood stream and to the venous bloodstream after its task is completed.

The lymphatic system is the sewage system of the body. Every muscle has a controlled blood supply and there is a receptor in the brain for every muscle. Generally speaking, there is always a lymphatic nodule where there is a weak muscle. The release of the blocked lymphatic by application of some light pressure will immediately tell us if the lymphatic tract is in trouble. Our health depends to a great extent upon this complex lymphatic system, as the lymphatic supply flows in one direction only. Apparently, lymph is propelled mainly by breathing, walking, intestinal activity and muscle action. There is twice as much lymph in the body as there is blood, and there are twice as many lymphatic vessels as there are blood vessels. It is the lymphatics that control the blood circulation and cause fresh blood to irrigate the affected parts or areas.
