OSTEOMYELITIS

General condition information:

Osteomyelitis is mostly due to an infection of the bone and/or marrow. This can be caused by either a positive or negative bacteria, a fungus or other infection. Whatever the reason, it can result in a very unpleasant condition for the patient who is attacked by it.

When the infection reaches the bone, multiple abscesses throughout the whole body may appear, which can be seen as part of a general infection. Sometimes a fall or a minor injury may subsequently result in open wounds.

Mostly this condition first attacks the bone marrow, causing damage to the marrow cavity. Then a mixed infection situation will be the result.

Dietary advice

Eat plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit, and remove pork, spines, refined flour and sugar from the daily diet. Eat molasses, kelp, and foods high in calcium and vitamin C.
