Stress Management
During consultation treatments; I like to understand my client’s wellbeing on the holistic level: mental, physical and spiritual (as stress can deplete all three). I focus on the client’s perception and sources of stress; and then follow treatments through a combination of the holistic therapies; nutritional advice; along with stress management techniques; which all help to rebalance and harmonise the body’s natural response to long term distress and anxiety. Having Stress Management consultations are a fantastic way to help cope and deal with stress; so that you can manage your lifestyle in a healthier and happier way.
Nutritional Advice
I have a qualification in Nutritional Advice. I can offer help on how to eat better for wellbeing. This is particularly good for people who are much stressed (as stress uses up a lot of vital nutrients within our bodies). Also for people who have food addictions; wish to eat better to lose weight; or require eating well for health - particularly for clients with diabetic risk assessment. The consultations consists of a full case history; food dairies and dietary questionnaires to establish better eating habits.
Holistic Therapies
Therapy treatments are an excellent way to help the body to heal itself through massage, pressure points; or zone therapy; aromatherapy and energy balancing.
I can also offer the following treatments:
Holistic Facials; Aromatherapy massage; Swedish massage; Acupressure and Neuromuscular Techniques for neck shoulder and back pain; Reflexology; Indian Head massage and Reiki.
