Laura Garland has over 10 years experience in holistic therapies including deep tissue massage, (3 years working in a physiotherapy clinic) hot stones massage,(a truly melting, blissful experience) aromatherapy, energetic medicine, health and beauty therapy. Laura has practiced in Dublin, London and Edinburgh. Laura has teamed up with acupuncturist, Charmaine Shepherd to offer facial rejuvination acupuncture. The wrinkle-smoothing effects of Restylane and Botox wear off, but facial acupuncure, moxibustion and lymphatic drainage help transform the skin from inside out. Patients can appear years younger after just a few sessions, and they feel healthier too. She is completing her studies in Naturopathic Medicine, ranging from natural remedies, herbs and specialising in Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
