Irene
McGarry RGN ITEC
Irene McGarry has lived in Troon for the past 25yrs. She was a registered nurse for twenty six years, working in both the private sector and for Ayrshire and Arran Health Board. Irene was diagnosed with a rare eye disorder known as Retinitis Pigmentosa in 2000 and with only tunnel vision left was registered as blind. Using her nursing experience Irene studied Complementary Therapies at the Royal National College for the Blind in Hereford. During her time at the college Irene studied and qualified in Holistic Massage, Sports Injuries Massage, Indian Head Massage, On-site Chair Massage and Reflexology.
