Probiotics are live microorganisms that aim to transfer good health benefits on to us; they are often referred to as our friendly gut bacteria. They help to balance out the bad gut bacteria in our digestive tract and can aid in digestion and potentially help prevent gas and bloating. Maintaining the balance between good and bad gut bacteria is thought to be essential in keeping a strong and healthy immune and digestive systems. We love OptiBac’s wide range of probiotics, as they have probiotics tailored to different needs. Included in their range are probiotics for travelling abroad, cholesterol, and immune function as well as probiotics suited for digestive issues such as constipation and diarrhoea.
