How to take apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar has long been touted as the perfect weight management tool and since it can aid digestion and may even contribute to feelings of fullness, the research suggests this may be true. So, if you want to give this a go for yourself, you may be wondering which product to turn to. Apple cider vinegar is perhaps best known in its liquid form but tablets are becoming increasingly popular too so in this blog I discuss some key things to look out for here.

Natural is best

Here at Jan de Vries we are all agreed that, where possible, it is best to use natural or unfiltered ingredients in products as this will ensure it offers plenty in terms of nutrients and goodness and when it comes to apple cider vinegar there is one brand that stands out for doing just that.

To make their apple cider tablets, New Nordic carefully select the green apples that will be used in the end product. This type of apple is specifically chosen as it is rich in a nutrient called procyanidin B-2. To ensure this is preserved, and to ensure the tablets are of the highest quality, the apples are picked and then cold pressed into a kind of pulp. This pulp is then fermented into vinegar and later dried so that it turns into a fine powder that can be combined with extracts of artichoke and dandelion to create a tablet and to add to the benefits of this product.

No preservatives, flavours or colouring agents of any kind are used to create this final product, plus it is absolutely free from added sugar, salt, gluten, yeast, soy and dairy products. Also, since at no stage were New Nordic’s Apple Cider Tablets tested on animals and as it does not contain any animal-based ingredients, the product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Taking apple cider tablets

Taking New Nordic’s Apple Cider Tablets is an extremely convenient way to get your intake of this great ingredient. The high strength tablets are tasteless, odourless and require you to just 1-3 a day in a glass of water. This means you can start off with one tablet and gently increase your intake should you feel the need.

However, it is very important to note that this particular product is not suitable during pregnancy or breast-feeding and if you are on a prescribed medication it is best to consult your doctor before taking it. Also, anyone under the age of 12 will need to discuss the product with their doctor before taking it.

An award-winning product!

New Nordic’s Apple Cider Tablets stand out because they make use of natural ingredients, they are convenient to take and they are also suitable for many people with more specific dietary requirements. However, on top of this they are also a brand that comes highly recommended!

That’s because Nordic’s Apple Cider Tablets won Editor’s Choice Award in the Best Weight Management category of the 2018 Healthy Awards.1 Alongside big brands lie Nakd and Tiana, New Nordic came out on top here so it is definitely a product you can trust!
